Lebanon is almost as the airport of Rafik Al-Hariri in everything, the temperature is high due to the breakdown of the cooling system, the overcrowding of problems exceeds the capacity of absorption. Moreover, the obstruction in organizing the baggage causes the loss of them. Shouting and chaos are in everywhere as the repetition of recognition of a problem, but at the end nothing changed except one fact that the General Security is doing its duties as if there are no crises, trying to compensate what is negative. As in the airport, the issue is more important than the role of the Ministry of Works, the issue of Lebanon is more important than forming a government.
In Lebanon, the consensus on a government is a starting point in confronting the problems not solving them. The government requires a decision that must be based on reading the internal political situation and its regional aspects. Internally, despite the local belittlement of the ministerial issues, they remain an expression of the chances that await Lebanon, from the issue of the relationship with Syria under the titles of crossings, refugees, and electricity, to the issue of resettlement which its presence imposes a US continuous seeking to implement the contents of the Deal of the Century. Around these two opposite international and regional axes the Lebanese people divide, between a team that is represented by the President of the Republic and a team represented by the Prime Minister who is in charge of forming a government, where he wants for himself and for his team a weighing third and more, because the disruption of representation of two sects without parliamentary representatives justifies these demands. He links the emergence of a government with different names; fabricated dispute regarding powers, and sectarian ignition about powers towards innovating nominations such as the national balance instead of the proportional parliamentary representation in the government. While the President of the Republic who is satisfied to the results of the parliamentary elections tries to prevent the attempts of disrupting the transformation of these results to the governmental formation.
Under the ceiling of the major confrontations about several titles in the region an accelerated political military and security movement takes place, so the one who takes long time in reading the indicators must pay the cost of losses. The Iraqis have read well when they decided to express their constitutional process without the knowing of Saudi Arabia, and Washington was obliged to deal with the result, Riyadh is still asking how did the axis which it formed to impose its presence under doctrinal title become a member in a coalition led by Iran’s allies. It is clear that the members of that axis have obtained the presidency of the parliament due to their reading well. While in Yemen, the UN deploy Martin Griffith reads the facts rather than the military statements issued by Riyadh, he noticed the failure of the recent Saudi military process and the steadfastness of Hodeida and its neighboring, so he communicated with Ansar Allah in preparation for next discussions round. There is an abject failure in the Deal of the Century in respect of finding the Palestinian partner without whom the preparations which are being prepared by the US President, the Saudi Crown Prince, and the Head of the occupation enemy become valueless, while the resistance is escalating and the international isolation affects the US projects. Regarding the sanctions on Iran, the words of the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo regarding exemptions that his administration will be obliged to issue in favor of countries that did not abide by the sanctions and which Washington does not want to collide with were enough, as his words about Iran’s selling of its oil to China. Turkey which many bet on its collision with Russia from the gate of Idlib returns to the Russian bank from the gate of a presidential summit entitled the division of the military process into stages with the same goals, conditioned by the Turkish partnership. As for the International Tribunal, the Lebanese know that it was unable to attract the public opinion in Lebanon and outside it with something new that grants it credibility to ensure its position politically. Furthermore, the US threats and the Israeli aggression will remain in the diary of the war which the Syrians became accustomed to with the beginning of every round of resolving and which they respond to it after its end with air defense missiles.
The Prime Minister who is in charge of forming a new government and who is confused regarding the size of the renewed Saudi support directed to his allies in the Forces Party and the Progressive Socialist Party, knows that his position on the eve of the detention a year ago was the best, and this granted him a Lebanese status to be nominated for the premiership, despite the parliamentary majority which was contrary to him. This position has granted him a regional and international coverage after freeing him to continue the language of compromise and reconciliation. But he must know that his return to the words and behavior which were imposed on him on the date of detention will delay the formation of the government, and will make him deprived from his Lebanese privacy which forms the source of his power, and at that time he will be the last one who will acknowledge the new equations and will not find any supporter from those who celebrate today his return to his words and behavior and those who arranged his detention with the blessing of the Lebanese visitors to Riyadh.
