Nasser Kandil wrote: Al Sayyed Abdul Malik Al Houthi’s revolution

Four years ago, Al Sayyed Abdul Malik Al Houthi ignited a popular revolution for the
poor, the torturers, and the resistant of Yemen who did not feel happy in a country that is
described historically as happy.
 Many crowds and angry rebellious elites have participated in this revolution; they
transcended the borders of parties, sects, clans and regions. They caused the fell of the
rule of Saudi Arabia which is unable to translate the standards of the national
compromise and the preparation for a government of national unity, new constitution, and
elections.
 Within days, the capital of Sanaa became under the control of the revolution and within
weeks Aden and other cities and provinces became under its control. Most of the officers
and soldiers of the army has joined it. Therefore, the authority which did not find any
protective and supportive party or army fell, even the president who did not find any
supportive soldier or any administrator who carries his photo escaped.
 In Yemen, there were not any foreign forces or internal balances that resolved the result.
 The dialogue started, it had nearly reached the results that achieve the goals of the
revolution.
 After months, the Saudi aggression started and it was noticed along with its crowds and
crimes, the magnitude of the popular and the military support of the revolution which
withstood, but the aggression was unable to thwart it despite its strength, brutality, and
support.
 The late Former President Ali Abdullah Saleh joined and withdrew, but nothing has
changed.
 On such a day, the fact of the new and happy Yemen has been written.
