 The Saudis and the Emiratis mobilized a group of Al-Qaeda in the name of “the Brigade
of the Amalika” along with thousands of mercenaries. They provided air and fire cover,
and they achieved progress on many areas most importantly is (Kilo16). But within two
weeks the attack stopped unable to achieve any further progress, paving the way for the
start of the reverse attack where the attackers retreated to where they were two days ago.
 Pompeo talked once again, he said that Washington supports the political solution;
Yemen is fed up with the killing of children. He added that the Saudis and the Emiratis
bear the responsibility.
 The attack failed and the extended US deadline fell, so what is the new Saudi-Emirati bet
for stopping the perseverance and leaving the state of denial.
