With a relative completeness of the clearing of the region from the heavy
weapons in Idlib, the first part of Sochi understanding becomes into practice. It
indicates to two things; the Turkish considerations of prevarication as before have
retreated due to the narrow range of maneuver along with a timetable and clear
commitments. Second, the armed groups in general have become certain that the
considerations of escaping from commitments and the confrontation are not in
their favor, so they accepted to proceed with the application reluctantly.
 The passable path in Idlib does not mean that things will end without a military
action which is necessary due to the presence of extremist groups that refused to
proceed with understandings, as it is difficult to imagine the effectiveness of the
Turks and their groups for this mission without Russia, Syria, and the allies.
 The next step will be the international road between Hama and Aleppo where the
groups affiliated to Turkey are stationed and which announce their refusal to
withdraw, especially because the deployment of the Syria army is a necessity to
secure the road. And the international road between Lattakia and Aleppo where
the most extremist groups are stationed, and where the progress of the Syrian
army militarily will be a necessity.
 At the end, as the Syrian President said and the Russian officials confirmed that
the path of Idlib is open to one scene; it is the deployment of the Syrian army.
