The decline of the status of the US Secretary of Defense James Mattis does not seem that
it is only the result of the competition between him and the US National Security Adviser
John Bolton, as in the case of the stepping down of the representative of Washington to
the United Nations Nicky Hayley, rather it is the result of the arrangements which the
understandings with Moscow is their title, which requires in return the stepping down of
those around.
 After Bolton’s denial of any Russian interference in the US elections before his planned
visit to Moscow by the end of this month, the improvement of the Turkish-US
relationships, and the regression of the status of Saudi Arabia as a regional title of the US
role, it seems that the track of demarcation of the regional equations is the title of what is
awaiting Bolton’s meetings in Moscow.
 The future of Syria is no longer the subject that bears the US maneuver, because the
political path ends with elections. This requires the involvement of the Americans with
the Kurdish groups which work with them in the process which is almost started in
Geneva, and requires also from the Turks to do the same. Therefore, the US and Turkish
military withdrawal and the deployment of the Syrian army on the entire Syrian
geography are a part of the calendar that requires the abidance of the countries involved
in the Syrian war by the political solution and the unity and the sovereignty of Syria.
