It does not seem that Saudi Arabia will be safe from the repercussions of the case of
Jamal Al Khashoggi, because it will find itself for a long time obliged to give up its
claims of the role of partner in the issues of Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and maybe the
American-Iranian relationships in exchange for reducing the pressures which will
accompany it.
 Time has meanings; it is the time of the American recognition of the failure of the Saudi
bets and the American need to reduce the Saudi tension. Therefore, Washington granted
the Saudi- Israeli bilateral all its needs to ensure its success in changing the balances, but
it failed miserably especially after the progress of the Russian-Turkish Sochi path in Idlib
and the handing over of S-300 to the Syrian army.
 John Bolton went to Moscow to balance the accounts and to draw the balances of
compromises. The Saudi preoccupation seemed a necessity for the success of the mission.
As it was a necessity for the Turkish partnership which was a title of the new stage which
may end with a compromise with Iran where Saudi Arabia has not the final word in it.
 In Lebanon the paths of the governmental facilitation were opened with the opening of
Nassib crossing where the Saudi preoccupation contributed in its opening.
 It is an opportunity for those who were detained by Saudi Arabia along with their
compromises to get out of the cage. It seems that the French President is a US envoy to
facilitate this exit.
