The suicide bombing committed by ISIS in Manbij and led to a number of dead of the
coalition of the Kurdish groups and the US troops shows that the war fought by the
two parties against ISIS was covered with facilities from other locations, therefore
according to this dual administration some of ISIS group remained wandering in the
areas dominated by the coalition and some of them had facilities that they used to
carry out such of this precise bombing.
 The bombing shows that the US bet on considering the coverage of the local force is
sufficient for the security of the US troops is a wrong bet.
 The bombing shows what is more important that the Americans if they decide to stay
have to put in their minds that the restoration of the entire Syrian territory is a
decision belongs to the Syrians themselves, therefore they will be at a similar day to
which they knew in Lebanon more than three decades, so it will not be difficult for
the owners of the land to reach the locations reached by a coming organization as
ISIS.
 The best thing that the Americans can do is to cover the scandal of their claim of
victory on ISIS and to accelerate their withdrawal because the time of their stay in
Syria has become costly, they are not those who will get rid of ISIS and will not bear
the costs of post-ISIS stage as an occupation force.
