The leadership of the occupation entity is aware that there are fundamental changes in the
balance of power with Syria, and that the new equations of Syria’s power and the nature
of its alliances became a big concern to Israel.
 While the Israelis are aware of the limitedness of their air capacities to make a significant
change in the balances of power in the light of the presence of strong sophisticated
coordinated air defense system that is able to deter the Israeli attempts, they bet on
imposing negotiation on the new rules of engagement before Syria restores all its
northern geography, because they are aware that after that Syria will be in front of
entitlements including the issue of Golan.
 The leaders of the occupation entity know that Syria has a high missile deterrent
capability along with allies that are eager to share with it the resisting decision in Golan
and that the moment which Syria has long waited for the start of such resistance has
become close with the presence of advanced air defense capability and a high missile
deterrent capability, just for that, they seek to escalate by raids to impose new rules of
engagement before the occurrence of the big danger.
 Syria is dealing with the Israeli raids with a triple plan, it confronts the Israeli missiles
within the range of sixty kilometers that target from the Lebanese airspace and Golan and
prevents the Israeli aircraft from entering its airspace, and when it finds the appropriate
time it sends missile deterrent messages to the territories under the occupation in Golan
or in the depth of the entity.
 Some of those who love Syria and support its resisting options may not be aware that
timing is half of the strategic intelligence and that the round of escalation which will end
with ceasing-fire is drawing now new rules of engagement.
