The Israeli interest in Africa is not new, every observer of the Israeli intelligence across
the world knows that Africa has formed the first destination, and that this interest has
started with the sale of arms and the security expertise to the ruling systems, the civil
wars and supporting the diamond mafia which the African Jews formed its main force. It
is an interest that has turned after the growth of the resistance in the South of Lebanon
and the size of the Lebanese spread in Africa into an attempt to influence the financial
resources of the resistance.
 The Israeli visits to the African countries which are restored and the open up to them has
never been a protocol act away from security, it was usually followed by an Israeli
security act across one of the African arenas. Due to the borders of Chad with Libya,
Sudan, Mali, and Nigeria a major security act can be expected in one of these countries.
