The negative balance in power between the two parties in Venezuela means the
impossibility of resolving the conflict soon. The President Nicolas Maduro has the
legitimacy and the loyalty of army and judiciary, while the American coup has money,
media, and the American, western, and Israeli intelligence. The balance is based at the
international and popular levels.
 The open conflict means that each party will do its effort to dismantle the base on which
the other party depends to facilitate its overthrowing and resolving the conflict.
 The American military intervention will grant the President Maduro the title of the hero
of the national resistance and makes his opponent mere agents, but it will not resolve the
conflict, so it is unlikely.
 Juan Guaido supported by the Americans will try to violate the army by money and
intelligence, while Maduro is required to have the support of number of deputies. Each
one will try to affect the popularity of his opponent.
 It will take months for the development of new balance of power in Venezuela that
allows the transition to a second stage of conflict in which the negotiation and the
compromises can go forward.
 The media solidarity with the President Maduro needs the explanation of the situation
and the call to understand the fact that it is a colonial war that is waged against the leader
of the movement of liberation, as was the situation in Syria, and where terminology is an
important aspect in the media war.
 It is not acceptable to leave the friends and the allies in Venezuela feeling what was felt
by the Syrians in the beginning of the war as the possession of media by the opponents
and showing the war as they like.
