In the meantime while Sochi Summit is being held for the presidents of Russia, Iran, and
Turkey, Washington calls to hold Warsaw Summit under the title of the mobilization
against Iran, then it modified it to become countering terrorism and the situation in the
Middle East. In both cases, the American invitations witnessed disappointment in the
presence, knowing that the invitations were at the level of the ministers of foreign affairs.
It seems clearly that the influential active powers in the world have decided to boycott
Warsaw Conference, especially Russia, Turkey, and Europe, because it seems that it is
without an agenda and has not the capacities to be translated into practical steps.
 The presidential Summit of Russia, Iran, and Turkey is dedicated to specific tasks entitled
post -American withdrawal from Syria and the future of fighting terrorism in Idlib. It is
clear that the summit will be decisive in the two fields, despite the French attempts to
thwart the endeavors of the dialogue between the Kurdish leaderships and the Syrian
government and the endeavors of returning to Adana Agreement between Turkey and
Syria. It is clear too that Turkey is eluding by searching for a consolation prize in Manbij.
The statement of the Turkish President indicated to an understanding with Russia about
the exit of the terrorists from Manbij.
 Sochi Summit will launch a military campaign to liberate Idlib, it will set Syrian-Turkish
understandings as a necessity by considering the unity and the sovereignty of Syria over
its Syrian geography a unity that ensures the security of the Syrian-Turkish borders and
paving the way for the return to Adana Agreement foreshadowed by the Turkish
President who described it as an intelligence connection with the Syrian country.
 The seriousness in the political action shows strength as in Sochi, while the show in it
indicates to weakness as in Warsaw.
