Nasser Kandil wrote: Warsaw Conference is a measure of the American power

Washington is aware that the conceived results from the conference which its
Secretary of State called for during his Arab tour under the title of the
confrontation of Iran will not be more than ensuring a political collective
framework of media campaigns, economic sanctions, and security goals against
Iran and the forces of the resistance. However, it wants from this conference to
crowd the allies under one title “hostility to Iran and the forces of the resistance”
as a way for attraction in the world and the region on one hand, and a justification
of the Arab normalization with Israel on the other hand.
 Not so far, Washington crowded for the confrontation with Syria, it succeeded in
securing the participation of more than one hundred countries at the presidential,
governmental, and ministerial levels in the Tunis Conference. The conference was
preceded by a diplomatic boycotting movement of Syria among the Arabs and
internationally.
 By measuring the size of hostility to Iran and its history and the new aspect of the
confrontation with Syria and the collision with it under the decision of declaring a
war on it, Washington is supposed to succeed in mobilizing for Warsaw
Conference what exceeds its mobilizing for Tunis Conference.
 It is clear that Washington is disappointed from the outcomes of the failure,
reflected in the number of the attendees and their levels and the size of absence
that expresses the magnitude of the decline of America’s power.
 Lebanon’s refusal to participate in Warsaw Conference despite the apparent inner
attraction between Iran’s allies and Washington’s allies forms a significant
expression that must be read by Washington.
