The round started by the Saudi Crown Prince to Pakistan and included India and China is
not just a public relations campaign with the leaders of the East Asian countries as a
leader of the first oil country and an ambitious to play an international and regional role.
 Mohammed Bin Salman knows the complexities surrounding the American relationships
with Pakistan, India, and China, and knows the status of these countries in New Asia, and
their endeavors with Iran on one hand, and with Russia on the other hand to form an
independent Asian authority away from the American policies, so even if there is an
intersection of interests, it will be a relationship of interests by an independent parties.
 Bin Salman is moving to impose Saudi Arabia as a partner in leading the new Asia, he
knows the regression of the American power in the continent, as he is moving to make
the relationship with Iran less enthusiastic, presenting the relationship with Saudi Arabia
as an Islamic capable substitute at the oil level which is of an interest of these three
countries and a title to avoid the American shocking sanctions.
 Neither Pakistan not India nor China has any dispute with Saudi Arabia but at the same
time, they do not have reasons to prefer any of Saudi Arabia or Iran. Each one of them
has enough justifications to be on the agenda. The American sanctions are of concern for
these countries, but they do not have the willingness to be slaves to the American
decision.
 Bin Salman’s visit will not reap any success in building a front against Iran that satisfies
America, rather a neutrality in the Iranian-Saudi conflict, and concentration on the
relationships of interests, this is enough for Iran in the current stage, it does not mind to
add Saudi Arabia to any Asian context as long as Saudi Arabia does not take the status of
Iran in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
 Saudi Arabia failed in besieging the west of Iran across Iraq and Syria, so it tries to
besiege it from its east, but in a desperate attempt.
