The battles of Baghouz with ISIS which locates in the Syrian-Iraqi borders reveal the
magnitude of the American and Turkish involvement in the issue of ISIS, starting from
the escalation and decline of battles at the rhythm of quickness and slowness of the US
withdrawal.
 The ongoing scandal in these battles is that they recall previous questions about
how to wage these battles which include permanent negotiations about the fate of
ISIS leaders, while America is sending messages from the platforms of summits
and conferences threatening the European allies to launch the detainees and the
remaining leaders of ISIS, if they refuse to receive their nationals, whose their
number is estimated in thousands. Washington is not afraid to say that it is
responsible for them.
 During the last moments of these battles, there is news once about the resort of
their leaders and their families to the borders areas in Iraq, where the Americans
are not so far, and once about their resort to Turkey without hearing any news
about arrests or camps, but only suspicious silence.
 It has never been news about a battle against ISIS run by Washington; on the
contrary a battle with ISIS ran by Washington whether through incitement,
containment, and fighting as tasks by the US administration.
 ISIS is a secret ally to Washington that shares the same disputes and alliances as
Israel.
