When the Americans found that the project of the formations of the Syrian
opposition which they formed by gathering civilians along with the Muslim
Brotherhood Organization reached a dead end, they asked their Director of the
Central Intelligence Agency David Petraeus for the reserve which he prepared for
such a mission from Al-Qaeda organization during the occupation of Iraq. Al
Nusra front was a revised version that its duty was restricted to fight the Syrian
country and its allies, hoping to promote it as a moderate version of Al-Qaeda
under the name of Wahhabism which is Al-Qaeda’s reference.
 When the project of Al-Nusra failed in achieving any political breakthrough
despite the efforts made by Washington, France, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey,
and was dealt as a branch of Al-Qaeda due to the Syrian- Russian-Iranian
pressure, Washington formed ISIS in order not to confuse the resistance alliance
by spreading horror and brutality only, rather for more important task, to say that
ISIS cannot be overthrown unless Al- Nura is included in the alliance that
confronts ISIS.
 The two projects failed, Washington became in front of the need to hasten before
the restoration of Syria supported by its allies of its entire geography and before
reaching the stage of getting rid of ISIS and then Al-Nusra, therefore Washington
has only one option; to manage this battle in order to be under its control on one
hand, and to employ it in affecting the political and the security future of Syria on
the other hand, through manipulating with the Kurdish groups backed by
Washington.
 America knows that the survival of ISIS alone justifies the American survival,
and knows that the end of ISIS puts the American withdrawal into effect.
 America’s dilemma is that it needs ISIS to justify its survival and its needs to get
rid of it to announce its victory. The time is in favor of the Syrian country no
matter what the American options and the state of confusion will be.
