America and its defeated allies seek to tighten the financial embargo which goes beyond
the sanctions to the attempts of stopping totally the supply of resources to the countries
which adopt the option of resistance as Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Iran.
 These countries form an important economic bloc of two hundred million people and two
million square kilometers, but this area form ten percent of Russia’s area and twenty
percent of China’s area but its population is equal to the population of Russia and less
than twenty percent of China’s population. China and Russia are two partners in the
major options of the resistance forces.
 This means the reality of the talk about the integration of the networks of electricity,
phone, and roads between these countries away from forming a political or security
alliance. This integration alone will provide cheap clean electric energy provided by
Russia nuclear reactors in the Iranian free zone in Bandar Abbas and transported by
linking networks that cover the four countries, and this will also provide internal and
regional networks of railways established, financed, and managed by China; this country
which has experience in this field and the owner of the project of belt and roads.
 The components of economy of every country of these four countries reveal the
magnitude of the integration in any economic linkage and the size of profits and
opportunities which will provide without preventing any parallel partnerships such as
with the Gulf or Europe.
 The regional economic gatherings in the whole world were not based on political
consensus, rather on geographic neighborhood and the integration of needs and interests.
It is enough to say that the size of the expected exchange will mean securing more than
half of the economy’s needs of each of the four countries without the need to foreign
currencies and trading through US banks due to the qualitative importance of such
integration.
 The visit of the Iranian President to Baghdad is a sign of good news.
