Many people rejoice upon hearing of three billion dollars allocated from Brussels
Conference to help Lebanon in hosting the Syrian displaced. The amounts spent before
under this title were twenty five billion dollars according to the international reports and
confirmed by the World Bank, but what Lebanon got is only crumbling.
 The parties which are responsible for these funds insist on spending them directly
through associations and bodies, which most of them are false and many of which are
accused of corruption or belonging to Al Nusra front and Muslim Brotherhood. The
displaced got only one third of the allocated amounts whether money or services.
 The funding parties refuse to give any of these funds to the displaced who decide to
return to Syria, they restrict the contribution to finance the staying of the displaced in
Lebanon under the title of securing the integration of the displaced.
 Simply the Lebanese political parties and the Syrian opposition which refuses the
political solution and which includes terrorist formations are funded under the title of the
displaced.
 The meaning of legitimizing the foreign expenditure from outside the institutions of the
country and outside its plans and control is similar to legitimizing the intelligence work
of a foreign country on anyone’s land; this is the most dangerous types of violation of
sovereignty.
 The political financial chaos is an international decision to isolate Lebanon, and not to
preserve the Lebanese stability as many people think or want to inspire the Lebanese
people. Many people do not feel ashamed that such of expenditure is a kind of balance
against the Iranian support of Hezbollah which is allocated to confront Israel.
