Those who are concerned with the Iranian nuclear program especially Europe and for different
reasons Russia and China behave as if they want from Iran to withdraw from the nuclear
understanding and to return to high uranium enrichment and store it, and maybe to close Hormuz
Strait, because they think that the American mobilization and pressures want to blackmail them to
exert pressure on Iran in order to make it accept the American conditions but without any
agreement between them as that one between Washington and Iran.
 In fact, no one can blame Iran if it gets out of the nuclear understanding, since America first
withdrew while it remained committed for a year and few months. And those who remained
under the framework of the understanding can do nothing as they say but to ensure their
commitment to the understanding without achieving any obligations which were stated in the
understanding as Iranian rights, especially the right of selling its oil and dealing with banks
without any restrictions.
 The exit of Iran out of the understanding does not grant the Americans the opportunity of
accusing Iran of escalation, since the Americans withdrew first, but Washington will find itself
obliged to make further escalating step, where there is nothing left but militarily.
 Everyone knows that what Washington has mobilized is not enough to think about a war on Iran
or for a tactical battle in which the Iranians ensure their winning in unless America crowds
thousands of soldiers and aircrafts and unless the Iranian borders with Turkey, Pakistan, and Iraq
become war fronts. Iran’s allies have the ability to withstand in the tactical battles as in wars,
while America’s allies especially Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Israel have not such steadfastness.
 A failed American tour will mean the decline of the American leadership of the world, so how
will Washington avoid its occurrence?
