- Biden's tour in the region is a preparation for the opening of Washington's embassies in both Damascus and Tehran, and the allies for the decision through Ankara since the latter is the most opposed and capable of telling the opposition, which laments its luck.

- He says that the opening of embassies is not a change in the American attitude towards the leaders of Tehran and Damascus, but it is an improvement of the means of confrontation.

- The embassies allow the close identification of what is going on and a close contact with those needed especially in the countries where there is no chance for military war and a quick decisiveness; since the battle is political.

- America's allies know that both embassies are not dedicated to support governments in Tehran and Damascus, nor to distribute aids; rather, they are spy dens, but they also know that it is a despair – of - change  declaration in both countries, a recognition of dealing with their leadership and paving the way for the declaration of ending the war.

- Washington knows that what it says is not a new discovery, but it knows that the closing the embassies and cut ties decision is the decision that precedes the formal declaration of war and the reopening of closed ones is an introduction to the declaring the recognition of the legitimacy of governments which was before a  subject of questioning.
