When the occupying entity was preparing for the early elections between the end of the last year and April this year, there were many analyses and expectations of launching a war by Benjamin Netanyahu on Gaza to ensure the winning in the elections, but when the war did not occur, the expectations were toward the post –elections era at the time of the formation of the government, but although the formation of the government failed and the war did not occur, the expectations have not stopped. Among these dates and events a rocket was fired from Gaza to Tel Aviv, so it was an enough justification for the promised war of Netanyahu. But although this incident was repeated once again, Netanyahu did not go to war. In the two times, he said that he accepted the explanation reported by the Egyptians that the weather conditions were behind launching the rocket once, and that a human mistake was behind the lunching the rocket once. These rockets have a message; the resistance in Gaza has rockets that can reach Tel Aviv and in any war to come the bases of engagement will be Gaza versus Tel Aviv.
Washington mobilized its best military equipment into the Gulf and said that it wanted to deter Iran and wanted to assure that any targeting of America’s allies by Iran’s allies would mean a war on Iran. Within weeks the oil tankers were fired, Washington said that it has clues that Iran and its allies bear the responsibility of firing them, even when Ansar Allah targeted the east-west pipelines in Saudi Arabia and announced their responsibility, Washington said that it would not intervene militarily unless its forces are exposed to targeting. Those who know the meaning of deterrence wondered what is left from the meaning of deterrence after such retreat, but those who do not know its meaning were in need of more explanation by Iran. The dropping of the best of the US arsenal as a spy plane and operating rooms that equal a quarter of a billion dollars by an Iranian-made rocket while the plane was at fourteen kilometers height forced the American President to talk about the response saying that you will see! Then he emerged with his Canadian guest saying becausethere were not human losses caused by that operationthen this means implicitly that the targeting does not worth going to war, then he explained that the operation might be occurred by an unintended mistake by an Iranian officer who is involved in firing the rocket although the Iranian officials announced their responsibility of that dropping and what does it mean. Therefore, the concept of the American deterrence has been dropped with that dropping.
The problem of the Americans and the Israelis is that they imagine that the siege on Gaza and the sanctions on Iran and the resistance forces as cards of strength of the American-Israeli force that need time to make their effect will be left without provoking America or Israel or driving them to any confrontation arenas, subduing them, or imposing equations of power on them or changing the political geography in order to oblige them to negotiate and to get out from the game of sanctions and siege. Israel which found itself obliged to accept the truce with Gaza under the conditions of the resistance forces wants to embroil America in the confrontation instead of it, exactly as the forces of the Saudi-Emirati aggression on Yemen which accepted the settlement of Hodeidah under the conditions of Ansar Allah. Today, America is between two choices either to accept the challenge and the explosion of oil markets and prices or to negotiate on truce conditions which Iran knows what it want from them, when, and how?
Tomorrow, the US President will say that the weather conditions have fired the US rocket which dropped the second aircraft!
